Followup sales I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra back in the summer. It was a great experience at the time thanks to the salesman, who is now no longer there. As it has I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra back in the summer. It was a great experience at the time thanks to the salesman, who is now no longer there. As it has gotten colder I realize it has no heat. Management has no desire to make good on this. Put it in the shop for service and let extended warranty I purchased cover it. To be told that it doesn't cover the parts I need. Again, management will not help on this and they want to charge $3,000 to fix something that should have worked in the first place. Will not be bringing anymore business back to Germaine Toyota. More
Non-responsive staff. Questionable service. After getting a new (used) car from Germain, it almost immediately started having issues. This, of course, is not Billys fault. However, since it wa After getting a new (used) car from Germain, it almost immediately started having issues. This, of course, is not Billys fault. However, since it was recently purchased from Germain I had the car transported to Germain for service. The first time they had the car for a week, and returned it saying it was fixed. It immediately broke down again (same day). The car was returned to them again for repair, at which time they kept it for an additional two weeks with multiple excuses on why it wasn't fixed (that parts were out of stock which was not true etc). It was only after I gave them a deadline of either fixing or returning the car by XX Day that they finally "fixed it". Within two weeks of getting the car back, the car was again back in the shop, with a blown engine. I can not personally say that they (the service department) caused the subsequent blown engine, but I do know that they did not do appropriate repairs during the second repair and did not do suggested repairs when they knew what the issues were that they were servicing the car the second time for. During this time multiple emails/voice mails to Billy and his staff went unanswered, causing me to have to drive to their location to try to determine the status of the vehicle. I would never advise anyone visit this service department or utilize Germain for any repairs unless possibly a simple Oil Change. After many years of service it Germain is a shame to equate them with an overpriced 20 minute oil change place. Except the 20 minute oil change place will probably provide you with better customer service. More

We live in Cincinnati, but Gernain had what we were looking for and at an excellent price. Amanda worked with me to get an even better price and a good price for our Solara we traded. Amanda worked with me via emails quickly and efficiently dealing with my questions. She made the sales experience actually fun. She was prepared when we got there and everything was completed fairly quickly and easily. Demetrius was the finance guy and he was very easy to work with and we never felt under any pressure to do anything. He answered our questions and worked a good deal for us. One employee at a dealership can taint the reputation of a dealership. Amanda and Demetrius are assets to the Germain Toyota dealership. More
