Great buying experience! I live more than an hour away from this place, and Sean Kraft actually made it easier and more seamless than if I had gone through my local dealer. We I live more than an hour away from this place, and Sean Kraft actually made it easier and more seamless than if I had gone through my local dealer. We did finance apps over the phone, he didn't mess around trying to sell me stuff I didn't want, and kept in touch without being pushy. Plus, in a few minutes of downtime on day of purchase, he used his tech skills to help me set up some of the Toyota connections and amenities. The manager, Tony Garver, was able to give a little; he sent an off-hours text to help the deal move through. The finance guy Luke Eastwood was also helpful and kind when I was in a hurry to make it back home on day of purchase. After the sale, the body shop manager (Dave Young) arranged for someone to pick up my car from my work, to fix a minor detail; car was returned while I was still at work. They even replaced the gas they used to drive it back and forth 45 minutes each way to the dealership! I really appreciate all the efforts this sales team made to make my experience great! Would definitely recommend this team. More
