That personal touch of knowing with whom I am dealing makes me feel more relaxed about getting my car serviced as it's always anxiety-producing since I never know what might come up. Also, I really like the car credit card that I can pay off interest-free. That takes a lot of the worry out of the equation. I used to be a VW person and switched back around 2001 when I got my first RAV4. I found Midwest Auto to be really arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful and too expensive so when I first started going to this dealership, I was really leery. After over, 16 years of going to Germain, I feel I'm in pretty good hands. More
