Superior work but sooo slow (3 hours) Quality of service is excellent, however the downside is that they overbook appointments and at the last visit I had to wait 2 to 3 hours for a routin Quality of service is excellent, however the downside is that they overbook appointments and at the last visit I had to wait 2 to 3 hours for a routine 20K maintenance change of oil and tire rotation. Also even after checking out, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to move another customer's vehicle since I was blocked in the garage. This dealership also does not clean the vehicles like some other dealerships, a plus service that I think all large dealerships should provide to customers. Maybe next time I'll pick a place that provides a higher level service. The employees involved provided friendly and professional service, I would rate them A+ if I also didn't have to wait for them to wait on me when checking in the vehicle. This was not their fault, again overscheduling services was a result of less than desirable results. Kenny was great to talk to during my long wait, he always deserves an A+ regardless from sales to follow up. Even after 2 years he still knows my family profile and names of my daughters. More

I made this purchase on a Wednesday and here it is 3 weeks later and I still don't have my vehicle. The salesman promised it would be done 3 days later. All I got was text messages saying it will be ready the next day and the next day and the next day. I even got a text message saying that some stuff was a already done but came to find out 3 weeks later nothing was done other than the interior cleaned. When I first got there and made the purchase the salesman acted as if he was the man and he gets things done that that he promises and t hat he could push my car ahead of other customers. Well that wasn't the case. This man text me on his day off saying that my car would b ready the next day. Now the manager has taken over and everything is still not done. He is waiting on a part that was ordered and here it is Wednesday and the part still hasn't been received and placed in my vehicle. All I can say is I'm at the point that I don't even want the vehicle. I just want my money back. Granted the manager got all the stuff done other than the one part but this is ridiculous. I don't blame the manager because he has no control over the company sending the part but the salesman basically strung me along and made me think things were being handled when they weren't. I felt like I was being decieved by the salesman. When I brought the situation to the manager his words was that the car should have been done when the salesman told it was going to be done which was the Saturday 3 weeks ago. I was treated like I was important until I signed that check. More
Car check up I wanted the dealership to diagnose the issue my car was having not running as smooth as it has in the past. It was making a loud sound when I started and while driving. I wasn't sure if was the muffler, but they recommended that I change my spark plugs for $300 and that may fix the issue. Well, it's still not fixed after paying $300 for new spark plugs. More

AJ was excellent to work with and helped us find the perfect minivan with excellent safety features, all the options a family could need/want and at a price we could afford. Nightmare Me and my wife had a pretty bad experience with Germain. We bought a used car that turned out to be a total lemon. The car broke down 2 days off the l Me and my wife had a pretty bad experience with Germain. We bought a used car that turned out to be a total lemon. The car broke down 2 days off the lot and needed a new engine. You might as well not even talk to any manger in the used car department. For starters the staff couldn’t be any more unprofessional, half of the guys are wearing sweatpants. Chances are you’re going to buy a a car from a someone who knows nothing about cars. The real problem is management however, you can tell talking to them they just see you as a profit to be made or lost. We eventually got them to take back the car they sold us, they said we’d get a check back for our trade in. After 4 weeks of calling DeLacy in used cars (and leaving 5 voicemails) and never getting a call back, I came in. After about an hour they told me I’m not getting a check but that my car is out in the parking lot ready to be taken home. The car was dead, and had no gas. On top of that they couldn’t find the title to the vehicle. That’s the short story of our experience. Take your business over to Toyota Direct, Lindsey or Roush they’ll treat you a lot better. More
