We are disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction with our dealership. Our records/photos indicate that there was no dirt on your vehicle it has an indented bumper, the rear taillight is broken and there is paint color transfer from another vehicle in the area of the blind spot monitoring sensor. Our team advised you that we would need to diagnose and if the sensor or the plate / mounting bracket the sensor is on is not damaged, then it would most likely be a warranty issue. Of course you can't locate any records of my less than two minute visit to your dealership. I was never asked for my information before being informed that there was a $500 refundable deposit for a test drive. You get one chance at a first impression.

I don’t know who’s pulling the strings at this dealership, but every single employee truly gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had, from Julie to Kaleb to Malcolm to Brian and everyone else in between.
