Great service and positive experience over all I was in the market for a vehicle and popped into Germain Toyota to look at inventory. Brady Lonsway assisted me in finding just the right car. He was very honest (which can be a rarity when buying a vehicle these days) and really listed to my needs/wants to help determine the best option. My experience with this dealership was positive, in comparison to some of the other Toyota dealers in Central Ohio. Even while we negotiated, I was never made to feel like I was offending the sales team/dealership. The process was quick and easy, even finance was a pleasure. The best part, Brady went above and beyond, making my life easier by delivering the vehicle across town to my home. I would buy from this dealership and Brady again. More
