My Experience with Germain's Service Department I can't say enough about Teresa. She was the service advisor that assisted me. I took my car in for an oil change and to have the service brought up- I can't say enough about Teresa. She was the service advisor that assisted me. I took my car in for an oil change and to have the service brought up-to-date. I have a 15 year old vehicle which I purchased from Germain. Teresa was friendly, helpful and thorough in reviewing past service work performed on my car. I was very appreciative of the things she suggested I consider having looked at or serviced.
