He asked if my husband and I could come in to discuss details of their leasing program. He knew what car We were interested in, even the color we wanted. Appointment was made for 1000. He was there and greeted us at the door. Welcomed us to the dealership and offered to get us coffee. He then took us to a well lit area where there were two cars side by side, same color but different trim levels. They looked so much alike and he explained to us the difference in each. Very knowledgeable about the cars and we proceeded to a test drive. On our return to the dealership he explained all the financing details. At no time did we feel pressured about our selection. We had planned to visit two ther dealerships but after our experience with AJ we had no reason to look further. Have bought five cars with Germaine and knew the Rave4 was the best choice. Very pleased! I had done my homework and knew I wanted a 2017 Prius v 4 wagon. Omar Jackson had a Prius 3 v wagon available for me to drive and skillfully showed me I had done my homework and knew I wanted a 2017 Prius v 4 wagon. Omar Jackson had a Prius 3 v wagon available for me to drive and skillfully showed me the ins and outs of driving a hybrid. He was a complete gentleman and answered all my questions. Although Germain had no Prius v 4 wagons in stock, they found one for me with in the color I wanted and swapped it with one of their vehicles from a dealership in Pennsylvania. Omar would be the first to tell you that I worked hard to get the best price that I could ?, but we eventually came to agreement. Love the car so far. Someone initially recommended Germain to me and said I would be happier there than at another Toyota dealership closer to my home. I paid it forward and also recommended Germain to a friend. He went to both dealerships and bought a Rav4 from Germain. Not only did he like Germain better, he saved several thousand dollars by choosing Germain! More

Being a small elderly person I had trouble with being able to see over the dashboard. He showed me the 2017 Yaris ia & after test driving we agreed it was the best purchase for me. He did not try to convince me to upgrade when he understood my concerns which I appreciated especially since I really didnt need a new car. If he had been pushy I would have walked away. Demetrius Davis helped with the title & offered services if I were interested in them. I would recommend these people & dealership. More
