He was personable, attentive, and extremely helpful. He listened to my credit dilemma and my concerns regarding my need to purchase a dependable vehicle that would accommodate my family size and budget. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles and allowed me to make my decision without any pressure. This experience was followed by an outstanding encounter with Shawn Duboe, Business Manager who further handled my transaction with genuine care. I consider this experience to be one truly directed by God - a truly positive life changing event. This business transaction that turned into a lifelong relationship. I spent two weeks researching and shopping around the area I live Dayton/Cincinnati and was unable to find what I was looking for. Other dealerships are to impersonal/fake and do not offer quality used vehicles. I expanded my search to Columbus and it was well worth the near two hour drive. I did not need to look any further. A stressful unexpected purchase was turned around immediately. Tony Shaw and the other staff we came in contact with were wonderful. It turned from a business transaction to just old friends sitting around talking. Any issues concerns I had were immediately addressed and resolved. I would never consider shopping any where else. I feel like a permanent part of the Germain family. More

I had recently bought a car at another dealer (experience was not pleasant, too pressured a From the beginning they made my experience a pleasant one. I had recently bought a car at another dealer (experience was not pleasant, too pressured and felt rushed to buy a car which i did and afterwards found that i overpaid for the car by $2000 and 3 months later i was then in an accident and totaled my car. Dealing with that had me up against a wall and I really wasnt looking forward to car dealing again. But from the start Marlin and Leo made the experience a pleasant one and they helped me find a car that was within my means and even helped to get a couple of things fixed on it that I found wrong with it after I bought it. if I hear of any of anyone needing a vehicle I will definitely give them your names and send them to Germain Toyota of Columbus for their car buying needs. They definitely made this process better than my last one. Thanks so much. Everyone I came in contact were very nice. More

I wrote an email.to inform Aaron that I was unable to make it. I was finally able to make time to come in to make a purchase. This was a big mistake! Aaron was very rude and a useless car salesman! Let me start with the useless part, I wrote it explaining that I was already pre-approved for a loan from USAA and Navy Fed. My wife was pregnant and we were looking to purchase right away, so I wanted to talk price through email to avoid any extra xx. Well he tells me he has a great price on 2 vehicles. Then when I get there one was sold, and the other was the sticker price on the vehicle. So when I try to talk him down on the price since there was no difference on my quote. He looks at me like I'm crazy that I would want the best price for my family and I. Completely useless, I could of spoken to a wall and looked at your lot online to get the same price. So now the rude part. When I get there my family and I were about an hour past what time he wanted us there but this isn't a interview and it is the holidays (show me 1 family who isn't busy). After talking to my wife and him about the price we came to a price which I expected a counter offer like any where else. But instead I was told that I'm out of my mind, and since I missed 2 appointments and was late to this one that this was the set price or we don't have a deal. Aaron wasted my time was rude and I wouldnt but a brand new car from him for $.01. I have made it clear to my veteran co-workers and anyone I speak to to stay away from this dealership. Thanks for nothing! Buyers Toyota was awsome, after this long waste of time (Aaron) I left and made an awsome deal with Buyers! More
