I wanted to test drive a Rav4 to possibly purchase. And to understand about what kind of financing was available. I had a 4 Runner purchased there new in 1999 and was ready for something new. But I was also ready to walk away if I needed to. My financial situation limits me to what I can afford to pay every month. Chris was extremely friendly, talked to me about all the features of the Rav4, looked over my 4 Runner and we talked about it. Looked aboud the lot at all the Rav 4's. Found one that I liked and the rest is history. I did wait a while to work with the financial person and sign all the paper work. That always weems to take so long. More

My only con is the amount of time it took for me to get the vehicle once it went to clean up and the car was not very cle was very painless and fast!
