I came in for a recall repair on my Corolla. I have been to this service center before and although their work is good, they try to nickel & dime you into other minor repairs. In addition, they asked for my cell and email so they could reach me when the repair was finished. I brought it in the day before my actual appointment time since I was able. They never informed me that it was finished that evening before my 7 AM appointment time the next day. When I arrived to check on my car, they said it was all finished and had been since the night before and I said I never received a call. They stated that they had texted me and sent me an email. I never had any text or email regarding my car from Toyota. I’ve never known them to be good communicators at this service center. More
