I drove in my 2008 Toyota Highlander for diagnostics. The brake was not holding instantly when applied. By the time you guys were done with diagnostics, my car could no longer start, Remember, I drove it the brake was not holding instantly when applied. I recently took my car in for tire mounting/balance. I booked my appointment online for this and the online estimate was $125. When I arrived in person, I again was told the estimate would be roughly $125 booked my appointment online for this and the online estimate was $125. When I arrived in person, I again was told the estimate would be roughly $125 and it would take a couple of hours. Once my car was finished, they handed me the paperwork and the bill was about $300 because they charged me for an alignment I did not ask for. Upon inspecting my car afterwards, I found that one of my rims was pretty badly scratched up and they didn’t bother to wipe the white lubricant off my black rims. Took the car home and noticed my tire pressure light turned on. I checked the pressures and found my tires were inflated significantly lower than the minimum recommend psi. Overall, I had a very poor experience, which is upsetting as I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and had a great experience then. I definitely will NOT be bringing my car back for service at this dealership. More

Went to 4 dealerships looking for a truck. Drove a truck at 3. Bought at Germain because of A.J. Castin. 2 years ago we looked a long time at different dealerships and ended up buying the wife a 4Runner at at 3. Bought at Germain because of A.J.
