They have always been professional, friendly and efficient. I just had an oil change and tire rotation. There was some kind of mixup, and I was called to come in before it was ready. I had a previous experience with Germain that was suboptimal at best and I was contacted by Billy Blanton after posting a separate review that I plan to update in addition to this review. Billy was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, committed to resolving the issue, which he did. The only constructive feedback I have concerns the timeliness of the resolution. I was first contacted by Billy in July, and it took until October to receive resolution. Billy not only resolved the concerns I had, but included additional incentives he didn’t have to, and provided me with a rental car and excellent service throughout the process. I am very pleased after the first experience I had and I can assure anyone considering using Germain service that Billy Blanton is very concerned with providing the best customer service possible and doing the right thing when things go wrong. Billy runs a good ship and keeps his crew on top of things. I won’t hesitate to go see them again. More

Price way too high. I was told all my lug nuts needed replacing. That's fine however the total cost for 24 lug nuts was going to cost me 250 dollars. That's ridiculous. Those exact lug nuts only cost 3.2 replacing. That's fine however the total cost for 24 lug nuts was going to cost me 250 dollars. That's ridiculous. Those exact lug nuts only cost 3.29 each. Also 35 dollars to rotate tires is also high and 20 dollars to change oil filter even though I brought in my own oil. At last the cost of 244.68 to replace a tire pressure sensor seems too high also. Tire centers do it for less than 100 dollars. Germaine also wanted 33.79 to change a 2 dollar bulb that's not hard to get to. Crazy. I don't think this dealer will get my business anymore and I'm telling all my friends to stay away. More
