Staff were very nice. Service took a long time for an oil change/tire rotation. I arrived at 7 am and the car wasn’t finished until almost 9 am. Same thing happened yesterday with another vehicle. I was highly dissatisfied. The car was supposed to be done at 12 and he didn’t call me until after 1. So I called to complain and they didn’t really care. I dropped off at 8 am it shouldn’t of taken 5 h done at 12 and he didn’t call me until after 1. So I called to complain and they didn’t really care. I came in with a coupon which amounted to no discount after the service. I asked the girl who rang me up and she said “added costs for service”. I didn’t have any added services.
