I came in for a recall repair on my Corolla. I have been to this service center before and although their work is good, they try to nickel & dime you into other minor repairs. In addition, they asked for my to this service center before and although their work is good, they try to nickel & dime you into other minor repairs. In addition, they asked for my cell and email so they could reach me when the repair was finished. I brought it in the day before my actual appointment time since I was able. They never informed me that it was finished that evening before my 7 AM appointment time the next day. When I arrived to check on my car, they said it was all finished and had been since the night before and I said I never received a call. They stated that they had texted me and sent me an email. I never had any text or email regarding my car from Toyota. I’ve never known them to be good communicators at this service center. More

Out of 4 years that I had my car serviced there, never have I had my car washed after it's been serviced!!! Some of the customers have had theirs washed after they have their cars serviced. I sometime hav have I had my car washed after it's been serviced!!! Some of the customers have had theirs washed after they have their cars serviced. I sometime have to ask for it and there are always excuses like: "it's out of service, something is not working right...etc". You are making alot of money out of us but cannot repair a simple washer!!? C'mon. Really disappointing. More
