I was the first customer of the day and still took over 2 hours to get a simple oil change done. Plus to my surprise, they put a Germain Toyota dealership license plate frame over my front plate even though hours to get a simple oil change done. I didn't ask permission for this nor am I going to advertise for Germain Toyota! Everytime I go there it's always something else. They then informed me that they would call me when my car was ready. Around 5 o’clock I called and ask about my car and they said I could pick it up. When I picked up my car it had not been cleaned and the numbers were still written on the front window. I picked up a dirty car which Makes it hard to see if there’s any dents or nicks in it. More

every time I bring my 2020 Corolla in for service. I explained something wrong with my screen panel/radio. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I had to call from a different phone number just for her to answer the phone and get me to the correct department on top of that I came in put 6k down my salesman seen that the backup camera was acting up and failed to mention it prior to me purchasing my vehicle also the door speakers do not work on the car and when I advised the dealership of this they said my vehicles warranty hadn’t kicked in yet because it hasn’t even been 30 days since purchase so they advised I come back in 6 days so that my repairs can go under warranty mind you these are problems the car had before purchase so honestly the dealership should be the ones to fix it at there cost but now they want me to pay a $200 deductible and diagnostic fees why should I be responsible for issues that should’ve been fixed prior to purchase not to mention I purchased a $1400 dollar package to make sure my car stays clean that my salesman pitched to me and they charged me but didn’t even apply it to the vehicle 😂😂 More
