Brought car in for scheduled oil change. There was only 2 service members working, both inside the small narrow service counter area. As customers walked in and were waiting in line, it got really hot in the service members working, both inside the small narrow service counter area. As customers walked in and were waiting in line, it got really hot in there. By the time I was being helped, I was experiencing an anxiety attack. Brandon Hood noticed, and got me checked in right away so I could get out of there and into the open waiting area. I was fine by the time the car was done. I appreciate how aware and accommodating he was. I think next time I will wait outside the glass door if there’s people inside that small area. Probably would be best with social distancing. More

I was extremely disappointed in my visit. My maintenance light was not reset. My tires were rotated but the correct psi was not added and all the tires had different psi . Mark always does an incredible job with my vehicle. I always get my vehicle serviced from him. He tells you strictly what you need, and does not push unnecessary service onto you. This time, I needed always get my vehicle serviced from him. He tells you strictly what you need, and does not push unnecessary service onto you. This time, I needed to get my tires replaced because my wife ran over a nail, and he fit me in same day. I would highly recommend everybody get their vehicle serviced by Mark. More
Bought my new Tacoma in 2018. The sales guy I worked with was very friendly and answered all my questions. They were going to charge me more, but after I asked for the advertised internet price they gave tha was very friendly and answered all my questions. I'm a first time buyer and was a bit shocked at the additional cost of the various warranties on top of the sticker price. (Extra 10k) If I had more time to think I probably wouldn't have gotten as many as the finance guy pushed me into getting, and because of that went over budget. I had slight buyers remorse for a few months but have grown to love my truck, and the service department has been fantastic these past two years. I love bringing my truck in for service. Automated doors to the service department mean I don't have to be in the cold during the winter. I can pull inside the building and treat myself to a hot chocolate while I wait which is never that long. More

The service gets worse with every visit. It took more than 1 hr for oil change and tire rotation.
