Initial issue with Odd Warranty Situation I purchased a set of tires at Germain and also bought a road hazard warranty a year ago. This past Easter Sunday, out of state, one of my tires gets a I purchased a set of tires at Germain and also bought a road hazard warranty a year ago. This past Easter Sunday, out of state, one of my tires gets a nail. I take the tundra to a Toyota dealer in Florida who just happens to be open. They won't honor the road hazard package. Claim it's a different region for warranty. I figure, Toyota road hazzard warranty is all the same, guess not. ( Tip: Ensure you keep the bad tire to bring to the dealer.) Long story short, I return from my trip and Joe, assistant service manager at Germain, takes care of me. Special shout out to Billy Blanton for credit approval. On time I got there 20 minutes early and they took me in right away. There was a couple things I asked them to do and they said they weren't necessary.
