Everything completed in a timely manner I brought my 2016 Sienna in for the 30,000 mile service. Always like to keep maintenance up to date. Also, had a rattle in the driver side window. Recheck of a recent service visit. I had a routine service on my 2016 Toyota Highlander on March 16. Within several days I noticed an oil had leaked from the car. I called the dealership to have it checked and they said I could set up an appointment or just stop in. I stopped in on March 21 and was again helped by Joe Campbell. He immediately remembered me and told me he would take the car into service and have a new oil change completed. Joe explained to me the service technician found a cracked gasket or bushing. They changed the oil and replaced the defective part. I only had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. I was very satisfied. More

Check under body and fix turn signal Ran over a metal rod sticking out of a parking block. Pulled under body plastic shield loose and ripped wire connector to left turn signal and broke b Ran over a metal rod sticking out of a parking block. Pulled under body plastic shield loose and ripped wire connector to left turn signal and broke bulb. Customer service got me in the same day I called. Teresa Wilson took my info at dealership and got my car into service. She understood what happened and had the lower plastic shield adjusted and re-installed at no cost. My left turn signal connector was rewired into existing harness and the broken turn signal bulb was replaced at a reasonable cost. I'm one of those quys that love their car and always want it in tip top running order. I really appreciated the super fast and experienced service I recieved from Germain Toyota. More
