That lady is efficient, knowledgeable, customer friendly, with loads of high energy. Peggy represents your company in a manner that I wish existed in other dealerships. She is a real asset. Dondre Brown (sales), I went in for an oil change an almost came out buying a car. Wow, that man is good. Very impressive in friendly style, approach, very knowledgeable and ability to find a solution or answer to every reason why I liked the car but was'nt sure if I really wanted to buy. That man knows how to close the deal. He was so good when I return home I might reach out to him for my other car. Germain is a great car buying experience. People, attitude, knowledge, facility, WOW!!! Toyota shoulod have its training center right there. And Rony Levy has to be credited for what he is doing for the sales team. Hope his back gets better. WE SHOULD START A PROGRAM CALLED, "SHARE-A-REPAIR" When a service rep goes over and beyond what's required, it deserves mentioning. Geff took it upon himself to examine, clean and replace my interior AC filter eliminating a musty odor. This was not something I asked him to do, he just did it for free. I feel like sending in $20.00 anyway, a start a fund called SHARE-A-REPAIR so others can get necessary repairs that they cannot afford. Maybe everyone getting their 6 month free service can contribute a few few dollars that are matched by the dealership and then passed on fol;ks that need the money for repairs. Just a thought. More
