We returned after some difficulty caused by the salesman in using third party system instead of the Toyota system which should have been in the car. I then leased another on the assumption that my equity in the first would be transferred to the second. It turned out that the second had been driven by the sales manager but was not considered a used car. Very confusing and vulnerable to slick salesmanship business practices. Lost the equity in the first car. Tried to reach management but they ignored my email. Having been a Toyota customer for over30 years, I would never do business with Germain or Toyota. I am reaching out to Toyota to report this type of treatment. Be very careful if you are a senior. I would recommend looking elsewhere. More

Totally jerked around STAY AWAY TOTAL RIPOFF ARTISTS. I called about a car was told to come look at it car was on the lot. Drove 40 minutes to the lot parked and the first STAY AWAY TOTAL RIPOFF ARTISTS. I called about a car was told to come look at it car was on the lot. Drove 40 minutes to the lot parked and the first vulture was there waiting " Marcus Viega" but the car wasn't slimeball wants to pass the buck to GM Rick Gatliff who apperantly Is just as slimy as Viega., After 25 minutes I was told the car wasn't there is was at the repair shop but nothing was wrong with it just policy . I was assured " it's a nice. Car with no issues" then I was told the car has issues and was being fixed. which is it?? 2 days later the car might be here later this afternoon. And it gets better! Germaine bought the car for $28000 and wanted $34000. I know they need to make a buck but get real, especially after you jerk somebody around for 3 days! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! OR TIME!!! More
