Work was done fine, but they scraped rear corner bumper of my suv and never bothered to notify me. I am sure it was scraped during service in their very tight space. Since the vehicle was parked face out, of my suv and never bothered to notify me. I am sure it was scraped during service in their very tight space. Since the vehicle was parked face out, I did not notice it during pickup. I noticed once I got home and they closed at 5 pm. Very unprofessional of them. Not sure if I ever will come back service there. There are other more caring vw dealership out there. More
