The Gervais team was outstanding and helping us find our Volkswagen Jetta. Tony, Ian and Savian will be on helpful and not only helping us to get into the car. I would clearly recommend Gervais to all my friends, and fully intend to return for my next car in the future. This was a full-service dealership that did not waste our time haggling over price or percentage rate. This was not the case with another deal we had visited earlier in the week, basically wasted our time. The team at Herbsis Volkswagen should be commended on their attention to true customer service. I made an 11:30 appt and was told my car would be ready in an hour or an hour and a half. I called to check on my car at 3 and was told they were just starting and it could be another hour or so. They neve in an hour or an hour and a half. I called to check on my car at 3 and was told they were just starting and it could be another hour or so. They never updated me. Also gave me trouble about using a deal Offered on their website. More
