Your maintenance operation hours really need to change. It is a huge inconvenience to take Time out of work to make it for routine service. Being that you are the only Volkswagen dealership around outside It is a huge inconvenience to take Time out of work to make it for routine service. Being that you are the only Volkswagen dealership around outside of Boston. I recommend being open past 5 and open on Saturdays. Take off Monday & Tuesday. More

Waited 8-9 weeks for the title to arrive which was an issue with VW (not with the dealer). No discount for that possible, spent ~2k USD for rental cars and uber bills in this long time. Dealer itself cou issue with VW (not with the dealer). No discount for that possible, spent ~2k USD for rental cars and uber bills in this long time. Dealer itself could do better in explaining the process, could have saved us multiple unnecessary trips from Boston to Lowell. Transparency was lacking throughout and many things could have been handled better. More
