Could not be happier I had actually put a deposit on another VW at another dealer but just felt uneasy about it. Had this weird feeling like I was being "taken". The salesman at Gervais (Will Lepene) was phenomenal. Not only did he NOT speak poorly of the other dealer, he took the time to show me everything I needed to know about his stock and the pricing. Additionally, the Sales Manager (Bobby) gave me a great deal and I just felt like they were working to give me the best deal possible while still maintaining their margins. I hadn't felt that way previously. They stayed late, were honest and even made the inspection process easier for me. As a woman, you sometimes feel like you're at the mercy of the salesman. Not once did I feel that way and it turns out (after having the car looked at by a mechanic friend), I got an awesome deal. Five stars all the way across the board!! More

I sent an email to the GM "Bobby" My Bluetooth in my new 2017 AllTrack stopped working, he responded to me on his day off... he booked me a service appointment, all I needed to do was show up. I showed up just before 2pm they took me right in "No Waiting" the whole sales and service team was so hospitable, I didn't feel like I was bringing my car in for service, but was visiting some great friends. As a long time Customer Service Manager, this is what I call "Customer Service"!!! After the Diesel mess I truly did not plan to buy another VW, I'm glad my son talked me into going to Gervais, they changed my mind!!!!!!!!!! More
