He helped make sure the whole process was smooth from start to finish and I couldn't be more pleased with my new vehicle. I would absolutely buy from him and Gervais Volkswagen again. Also shout out to Glenn for helping me lock down the best financing rate available. He was a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you Gervais Volkswagen! More

Kevin was absolutely amazing! I went to 5 different dealerships and none came close to the service I got at Gervais. Never felt pressured to make a decision nor did I ever feel like my questions and concerns weren’t being acknowledged. One of the only dealerships I’ve been to that felt like they actually cared about your car buying experience! 11/10, will be coming back for all my future VW vehicles ! More

Was given a lot of wrong information about the used VW Atlas I purchased even though I asked very specific questions. I understand mistakes happen but there was little, if any apology and the salesperson Atlas I purchased even though I asked very specific questions. I understand mistakes happen but there was little, if any apology and the salesperson and service person I spoke with didn't seem to care. Others I spoke with were friendly. I do not regret buying a VW Atlas, but wish I waited for an available new one I liked instead of settling for a used one with unexpected issues (because I was lied to). More
