This my favorite VW dealership in New England. I live near several other VW dealerships and drive to Lowell to have our vehicles exclusively serviced at Gervais. They are a family-owned business I live near several other VW dealerships and drive to Lowell to have our vehicles exclusively serviced at Gervais. They are a family-owned business and it is common to see the owners walking around, greeting customers and even showing cars themselves. Liliana in service is very knowledgeable and professional. I am a long-standing happy customer and highly recommend Gervais. More
