Dealership provided an inaccurate estimate of the cost for work, the actual price was nearly triple. Dealership stated they rotated the tires but I had marked the tires ahead of time and all of them are for work, the actual price was nearly triple. Dealership stated they rotated the tires but I had marked the tires ahead of time and all of them are in the same locations so clearly they did not. Filed an official complaint with Volkswagen of America and will not be returning. More

Staff was not very friendly. There were bugs all Over the floor in the sitting area. The sitting area was uncomfortable. The area were snacks were provided was filthy. I was quoted a price that didn’t make sense, lots of charges on the breakdown sheet were added more than once. I got the work done at a different VW for $1200 less than the Gervais quote. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Was disappointed with the final sale/pickup of the vehicle. Granted I only bought a used vehicle but they wanted another $300+ for a second key after I paid sticker price and didn’t haggle with my tra vehicle. Also promised they would fix something before we picked the car up and yet it wasn’t when we did the check out before left the dealership. More
