Worst Service Department By far the worst service department I have had the experience dealing with, with no hopes of improving. Each and every member of the service team seem By far the worst service department I have had the experience dealing with, with no hopes of improving. Each and every member of the service team seems unable to communicate with customers, one another and with the Sales team. Although the Sales team has improved, their ability to do their jobs is impaired by this horrific department and their failure to even try. It seems they have taken the poor service mindset of neighboring dealership Gettel Toyota and somehow excel at providing even worse service. Hyundai provides a great product and I strongly recommend visiting Gettel Hyundai Sarasota instead. Although out of the way for me, it is worth the drive. Perhaps the teams at these dealerships in Bradenton should be sent to Sarasota for training. More

On my second visit they broke one of my tire sensors. On my third visit for a free oil change they were one quart of oil short and I had to go back so they can put more oil. This dealer for service sucks big time. More
I was very pleased because I had Steve in parts keep ordering my parts for me and two times I couldn't get to the shop in a timely manner. I would like to thank Frank costantino for being a manager that knows how to deal with his customers. When I first entered the service area of Jenkins/Gettel the staff realized that I was not happy wi manager that knows how to deal with his customers. When I first entered the service area of Jenkins/Gettel the staff realized that I was not happy with issues I was faced with on my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. They immediately contacted the Service Manager, Frank Costantino, who was able to resolve my problems quickly. Frank made sure that I was happy with the measures being taken to resolve my car problems and the timeline fit my schedule. I also received a follow up call from Mr. Costantino after the repairs was done to make sure that I was completely satisfied. With this kind of great management and quick response to resolve problems I will definitely continue to bring my car back to this dealership. I think Frank and his staff is a great team to have on the frontlines of the parts/service area of the dealership. Once again thank you for a great experience. More
