The service department is the worst. First I had to wait days for a new tire and then the day it was to be put on the car my service dept. person assigned to me called out that day and First I had to wait days for a new tire and then the day it was to be put on the car my service dept. person assigned to me called out that day and didn't leave instructions about why I was coming in. But most of all... no one ever answers the phone in the service dept. Very frustrating. I left numerous messages and only got one return phone call. Shameful. More

Melanie apparently forgot what I looked like and walked in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. Since I had my phone on silence, I didn’t hear that she texted me about further maintenance they in and out of the waiting room thinking I had left. I finally checked my phone when I wondered why it was taking so long just for an OIL CHANGE! I let her know that I WAS NOT HAPPY! More

I used to dread the experience of buying a car from a dealership. This was not the case when we went to get a car for our daughter. Elizabeth Manes helped us get my daughter into a 2020 Hyundai Sonata, dealership. This was not the case when we went to get a car for our daughter. Elizabeth Manes helped us get my daughter into a 2020 Hyundai Sonata, and made the whole experience enjoyable (yes, that is not a typo).
