I bought the car five months before I brought it in for 5000 mile service and to go over some issues that I’ve been having with it ever since I got it brand new from ghettle. I waited a month for the appoi 5000 mile service and to go over some issues that I’ve been having with it ever since I got it brand new from ghettle. I waited a month for the appointment the day before the appointment I got a text that they wouldn’t be able to look at any of the issues that I had with the car that I bought from them that I would have to leave it for 5 to 10 days before they could get around to looking at the issues I had concerns about. So all I got was my 5000 mile check up and oil change. I was told everything was fine and I drove off the lot only to almost have an accident on the ridge road in front of their service building. I went for my horn and it was not there although my check up said my horn was fine I had no horn toward the person that they were almost running me off the road. I survived, turned around, went back to ghettle and was told once again they couldn’t help me with the horn issue either. I’d have to wait 5 to 10 days and leave my car with them! All I can think is ghettos, making a lot of enterprise money by renting enterprise cars to the poor suckers, who leave their cars there for a week and have to go back-and-forth to work in a rental car. I will never use cattle again, and I have made sure to not recommend ghettle to anyone who has a Kia. More
