The service department screwed up my windshield washer nozzle on a previous visit and I had to take time out of my day to have this fixed. When I called to complain the service department the first time a nozzle on a previous visit and I had to take time out of my day to have this fixed. When I called to complain the service department the first time and told them that the problem was due to that the nozzle was not attached, they didn’t believe me.
