When I showed my Nissan dealer/ my customer also, he was shocked. I will never go back to gettle again even for an oil change. More

Friendly; free rental if they have to keep your vehicle and an awesome rental at that!! Waiting lounge is huge; comfortable with coffee , water and snacks and huge big screen TV if you have to wait. My only further recommendation would be to more prominently display the little sign on the service desk alerting customers to a 3% surcharge on credit card payments, especially on big ticket expenditures. Thus the 4 stars as opposed to 5. More
