Laura was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. Not happy that someone turned off my automatic headlights. I found myself driving at night with no headlights on. We brought our 2018 Nissan in for AC repiar. The estimate was over $4000 and included removing the dash and replacing compressor, condenser, etc. Also threw in $2000K for control arms they sai The estimate was over $4000 and included removing the dash and replacing compressor, condenser, etc. Also threw in $2000K for control arms they said needed repair. They suggested the car wasn't worth fixing and suggested we trade it in. I took it to my mechanic who indicated it did need the compressor but none of the other repairs Nissan wanted to do, total $1700. You do the math. More
