Was asked to come bring the rental back and pick mine up that was under warranty and drive it with a blown water pump- pretty unintelligent… told me I could drive it and just come back when my parts came in that was under warranty and drive it with a blown water pump- pretty unintelligent… told me I could drive it and just come back when my parts came in… I obviously refused and probably saved gettel a few thousand by them not having to replace my entire engine. Then Brittany tells me the parts came in all except my radio and I would need over $400 (with my warranty) to come and get my car but only 2 out of 3 problems are fixed but that’s ok with her… I can drive the car with no radio (in fact I can but shouldn’t have to with all the money I pay) so I made the comment about the quoted price and how it was almost $89 difference and she did adjust it but sure wasn’t going to until I said something. Now I have a 10+ hour drive with no stereo and that’s ok with Gettel… this is my second 300 from there and the 5th car in our household and will be the absolute last I PROMISE THAT! Called the warranty company and they flagged the dealership for having me sign for work and parts that I have in fact not received since my stereo is not working since they do not have the part… I will not be paying another deductible either when the part does come in and I wish someone would even ask me as I will be reporting directly to warranty company More

Every time I come for service, Rachael goes through my stats and makes sure that if what I need done is covered by my plan, then she lets me know.
