I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I wish they had called me before the appointment to reschedule. I understand they were short-handed and things happen. But, by not receiving a call b I wish they had called me before the appointment to reschedule. I understand they were short-handed and things happen. But, by not receiving a call back, I had to rearrange my schedule, which was not easy to do. Also I inquired about my husbands car, which now has 3 broken door handles. I was told this was normal- I don’t think it is. We have never owned a car that the handles broke off. More
