Worst service in any service dept I’ve been to, since Gettyl took over. 10 cars in line and 1 service advisor. Over 30 min to check in. Only had tires rotated and there for 1 1/2 hrs. Been there 3 times Gettyl took over. 10 cars in line and 1 service advisor. Over 30 min to check in. Only had tires rotated and there for 1 1/2 hrs. Been there 3 times and seems to get worse each time. Service advisor did good except when my car was finished set for over 30 min before I was notified. I have purchased 3 vehicles there but I will find another service provider More

Wisler was friendly & remembered me between visits (about 2 weeks had gone by, so that meant a lot). Not high pressured, felt he really wanted to help us.
