Everyone was attentive before the deal was closed. I told everyone I worked with (4 contacts) that I wanted to talk with someone about running boards. Over two weeks later I finally get a call, and I told everyone I worked with (4 contacts) that I wanted to talk with someone about running boards. Over two weeks later I finally get a call, and she texts me 2 pictures, no details, and doesn't return my follow up texts. So far, I'm not impressed with the after-sale service.
