I was very satisfied with the service but when all the work was completed and someone came out and told me my car was done and that’s when the problem started. He sent me out the side door to go try to f work was completed and someone came out and told me my car was done and that’s when the problem started. He sent me out the side door to go try to find my car in a parking lot filled with several other cars. It took me over 1/2 hour to finally find my car. Very upset about that. Plus my car warranty allows me a new key fob every year. I was never given that offer. More

After visiting Norm Reeves Honda, Gettel offer me a 2023 Rav 4, $4,000 cheaper than a similar equipped 2023 CR V, with a better warranty, and crash rating. I’d recommend Salesman Desmond as well.
