Best Cutomer service I took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu in to have oil changed and to have a license bracket attached. The wait was short for the oil change, and they ordered my bracket. The bracket was in early the next day, I did not understand the process to have it installed, and the Service Manager, Ron, and Service Advisor, Tonya, made sure I left the dealership with bracket attached, and were very patient with me. I will ALWAYS return to this dealership for all my service needs!!! More

We needed some work done on our vehicle that we had purchased threw them, which was a fantastic and easy experience all in it's own. The service department was exceptional!! They got our vehicle in right away, the parts were ordered as fast as possible, and they kept in contact with us about updates. They took care of all the warrantee information, problems and paperwork and there were no kinks in that process as well !! The most wonderful part is when they found out it was going to take longer than expected, they loaned us their customer rental car, and we ended up needing it for 2 weeks, with no charge. You can tell the whole company works so well together as a team, and when that happens everything runs so smooth!! Highly recommend them for any vehicle needs you may have!! More

Xavier asked me my name and phone # and said some would come into waiting area to sign paperwork. About 40 minutes later, another service man came in to tell me my car was done...I asked if they did a courtesy wash, he sighed and said "I guess we could do that" and left paperwork at cashier desk. When I saw the charges, I asked if they rotated the tires. She said no and went back out to service area, where they completed the tire rotation. I told them when I dropped the car, I had a coupon for both, but the charges did not reflect, so the paperwork had to be done again! All the while, a Manager asked how my day was going. When I said I'd had better service, he replied "oh, I'll walk you out". Xavier was on the phone , pointed to my car and continued his phone conversation . I asked if the key fob was in the car, so the Manager said "well let's look, and proceeds to search my car...looking for the fob. I went back to the desk, where Xavier, still on the phone, handed me the fob. Sorry, but rude behavior and nonchalant professionalism, will not bring my business into this dealership. However, I continue to receive their advertisements, and solicitation for my business...really? More
Xavier is a great driver We had to bring our Suburban in for work back in February, then again today. 5 star service. I went in for my regularly scheduled Oil change and tire rotation. While checking my air cleaner they found that my rear washer fluid hose was pinched I went in for my regularly scheduled Oil change and tire rotation. While checking my air cleaner they found that my rear washer fluid hose was pinched in between a bolt and washer. That was keeping my rear washer from working. They saved me a few bucks on getting it looked at somewhere else. More
Negative experience with service First time in for service at this dealership was not positive. 99 Corvette had a problem with the steering lock. The folks on the Corvette forums have found a $50 part which permanently fixes the problem (apparently common in this model). I mentioned this to the service guy when he called me with an estimate for a new lock ($700), and also requested that they fix the passenger door lock which was not working. When I picked up the car, they had installed the expensive new lock and the bill was $880. There was no mention of checking out the cheaper fix. Also, the door lock was not fixed, and for this kind of bill I would have expected a wash and vacuum. Even my local Hyundai dealer does this! In short, the car is fixed and runs fine, but I feel that nobody was listening. As a positive, the people at Ghent are friendly. More

incompetent service department I want to state that this review is only for their service department. Their sales team was actually very pleasant to deal with, i raved and ranted ab I want to state that this review is only for their service department. Their sales team was actually very pleasant to deal with, i raved and ranted about how great they were. I however am in the process of having been taken advantage of by their service department. I took my vehicle in to have a weatherstrip around the door fixed, after taking it home i noticed a lot of wind noise that had not been there before...i figured that maybe i was being too picky and over reacting, so i gave it a few days. On the 3rd day it rained and the water simply leaked in through the door...at this point i figured id take it back. My wife also noticed that the door was sagging and not closing right. I figured that these "nice" people would fix it, i took it back in and they called me about an hr later saying everything was fixed. As i got in the car i noticed greasy smudge marks on my car ceiling that they were too unprofessional to avoid or notice to clean. Ive taken the car in a total of 4 times now and nothing has been fixed. The "service" manager, Gerry, took a drive with me in the car and pretended not to hear any noise...after a few minutes he heard the noise and they said theyd fix it. I again left it to them...a few hrs later he calls me and tries to blame me for their mistake, after letting them know that my car was not this way when i took it in he said he would check with his gm/dm to see what he'd approve fixing. I am waiting to hear back from him since Monday June 6th it is now Thursday night, june 9th, and have not heard back from him, ive called and my calls have been avoided. Ghent went from having a potential loyal customer to someone who has lost trust in them, and they have single handedly made us despise driving our 1 yr old car that leaks when it rains or taken to the car wash, and it almost sounds the same with the windows up & down! Ill post on here again to update on what they do to make this right, lets see if they really keep their word, so far nothing.....so disappointing. More
