If you want to see some, don’t tell them you want to rent! We went in to look at some travel trailers and wanted to rent one first. My family of 4 walked in and there were three employees at the front and we h We went in to look at some travel trailers and wanted to rent one first. My family of 4 walked in and there were three employees at the front and we had to say hello first. I asked about seeing what they had to rent. I was handed a brochure and said the rental center was closed. I asked if they had anything to see like what they had for rent and they said no. ??? Okay guys I realize it’s Sunday an hour before closing, but you just cost a rental and most likely a sale. Even my kids asked when we left why they didn’t help us. That was really bad customer service. I’ll find something elsewhere. More

Hurricane damage repair less than pleasant. We bought our trailer in May 2016. It is a very low use 2015 Starcraft Launch. It was in such good shape they offered their "Warranty Forever" which w We bought our trailer in May 2016. It is a very low use 2015 Starcraft Launch. It was in such good shape they offered their "Warranty Forever" which was nice, the sales experience was good, and servicing we had had done previously was satisfactory, but the trailer sustained serious damage during Hurricane Irma when a pine tree in our neighbors yard lost a large limb that punctured the roof and ceiling. Took the trailer to them two days after the storm, took 5 1/2 MONTHS to get it back. Service advisers blamed it on Starcraft (I was told "we're not a Starcraft dealer".), claiming they couldn't get some parts. Long story short, satisfied with repair workmanship, but VERY disappointed with service advisers! Don't like to say we were lied to, but quite seriously "misinformed"! More

I live and West Palm Beach and traveled 1.5 hours to purchase my rv and would absolutely recommend the drive wether your 10 minutes or 4 hours away. BEST OF THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I own a Forest River (Rockwood HW 277) pop-up camper which I bought at another dealership. The camper is on an extended warranty. The winch which ra I own a Forest River (Rockwood HW 277) pop-up camper which I bought at another dealership. The camper is on an extended warranty. The winch which raises the top of the camper failed. I brought the camper to Giant Recreation World of Palm Bay, FL.. This dealership sells the Forest River brand among others; but, it focuses on the larger RV rigs and trailers, not necessarily pop-up campers. First impression upon arrival - - - what a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The team effort of the Service Department was impressive; quickly diagnosed the winch problem and then contacted the Forest River (Rockwood) Warranty Department to approve the warranty coverage and the winch manufacturer to order a new winch. In about 10 days a new winch was received and immediately scheduled for installation. Within three hours after my delivery of the camper to the dealership, I was back on the road with a new winch. What a great team effort experience from start to finish. I especially want to thank the professionalism of the Service Department representatives that attended to me during this repair: Service Writer Tim for scheduling a timely appointment and for initiating the service repair order; Warranty Administrator and Service Advisor Kim for her thorough follow-through in expediting what was needed to ensure a new winch was placed on order under the extended warranty and for quickly scheduling the install upon its receipt; and Service Technician Will whose technical expertise and surefootedness diagnosed the problems with the original winch and ensured the new winch was installed properly and operated as designed. This team, under the management and leadership of Service Manager Joe, is the best of the best in the industry - - - they set the standards for others to emulate. I am grateful for their customer care work ethic as a team. More

They made it so easy Once we decided to buy a motor home, the work of doing research and visiting dealerships became almost overwhelming. How to find the right motor home Once we decided to buy a motor home, the work of doing research and visiting dealerships became almost overwhelming. How to find the right motor home for us? We visited Giant Recreation World in Palm Bay and met our salesman Kevin, who is very laid back and easy to talk to. There was nothing on the lot that day, but about 2 weeks later he called to say they just got a trade in that he thought might be right for us. Sure enough, we loved it. But how to end up paying what we can afford? We were amazed to find that they were very easy to negotiate with, and quickly arrived at a very fair price. We also talked to the prior owner on the phone, and his experience of negotiating with them was identical to ours. When we picked the MH up a few days later they gave us all the attention in the world, walking us through everything. Even a follow up call the next day from Kevin to make sure we're happy. Overall they made what could have been a very stressful experience...pleasant and rewarding. Highly recommend them. And thanks to Kevin Rice! More
