Warranty replacement of steps on 2017 Phaeton 40AH Arrived at GRW a little before my appointment time and met Kim at her desk. Before we got out to the coach Ben was already there checking the steps. The motor was not working and he got a new one installed it, put it through several checks and I was on my way. This all was done in less than 30 minutes. This is my second Tiffin from GRW and the service department is second only to Red Bay itself. With service like this they may even become first over Red Bay. More

Overall Good Our experience was good with one exception, dealing with a sales manager. First the salesmen were very knowledgeable and very helpful, even when we toke a long time to look at all options. My wife and I asked to see a sales manager during the negotiations. I have a speech disability so I relied my thoughts to my wife who also interjected her thoughts on pricing. The price wasn't far off but we asked for a little more since we knew what was offered at other dealerships. I felt like $1000 more would be good. At some point the sales manager said he would give me $200 in Service coupons, I asked for $400 , $200 off sticker price and the $200 coupon. After a while he said I'll meet you half way, I said fine. Then when deal was ready to sign he told salesmen it was $100 off and $100 coupon, we never seen him again that night. I never have heard from the man again, I emailed the salesmen, and told them I was unhappy with the sales manager treatment and asked him to email me since I am unable to use the phone he has never reached out to me again. Then when I was taking delivery I had a $50 service coupon, which they give everyone. I said that there should be an extra $100 coupon, so they went and asked the sales manager. He told them that is was an additional $50 only, so $50 they give everyone and $50 more only!!! The man never came up from his office and said anything direct to me. I'm very disappointed with his ethics or lack of. So overall I would rate the dealership highly, except on their sales management hiring decisions!! More

If you want to see some, don’t tell them you want to rent! We went in to look at some travel trailers and wanted to rent one first. My family of 4 walked in and there were three employees at the front and we h We went in to look at some travel trailers and wanted to rent one first. My family of 4 walked in and there were three employees at the front and we had to say hello first. I asked about seeing what they had to rent. I was handed a brochure and said the rental center was closed. I asked if they had anything to see like what they had for rent and they said no. ??? Okay guys I realize it’s Sunday an hour before closing, but you just cost a rental and most likely a sale. Even my kids asked when we left why they didn’t help us. That was really bad customer service. I’ll find something elsewhere. More

Hurricane damage repair less than pleasant. We bought our trailer in May 2016. It is a very low use 2015 Starcraft Launch. It was in such good shape they offered their "Warranty Forever" which w We bought our trailer in May 2016. It is a very low use 2015 Starcraft Launch. It was in such good shape they offered their "Warranty Forever" which was nice, the sales experience was good, and servicing we had had done previously was satisfactory, but the trailer sustained serious damage during Hurricane Irma when a pine tree in our neighbors yard lost a large limb that punctured the roof and ceiling. Took the trailer to them two days after the storm, took 5 1/2 MONTHS to get it back. Service advisers blamed it on Starcraft (I was told "we're not a Starcraft dealer".), claiming they couldn't get some parts. Long story short, satisfied with repair workmanship, but VERY disappointed with service advisers! Don't like to say we were lied to, but quite seriously "misinformed"! More

Extremely knowledgeable about all the units we looked. When it came to the walk thru Jimmy explained everything to me and more than once if I needed him to. Marshal went thru the paperwork and made sure I understood it all, before asking me to sign anything. I am very happy with the quality of service I received. More
