A Bit Confusing There were some communication problems and some really great helpful people ( such as Bill Shipley, Lee Summers, Joe, Dave, Patrick, the guy who picke There were some communication problems and some really great helpful people ( such as Bill Shipley, Lee Summers, Joe, Dave, Patrick, the guy who picked up our trade-in trailer, and the guy who worked on our new trailer the day we picked it up, as well as Kim, Taryn, and Jessica). The dealership should really have a system that all employees could access to see who has done what throughout the sale process. Some things were not done on time and some things were overlooked. We had a much better experience with the last two trailers we purchased. We have loved participating in the Gold Member Club and will continue to do so. Maybe the problems are because of the recent move to the new location and will improve as time goes on. The new facilities are lovely and confidently located right off of I-95. More

A Dream Come True! **AMAZING ONGOING CUSTOMER SERVICE!** We were extremely impressed with Giant Recreation World from the moment we walked in. Bill, Skip, Dewayne, Patrick, Marshall, and Jessica did an excel We were extremely impressed with Giant Recreation World from the moment we walked in. Bill, Skip, Dewayne, Patrick, Marshall, and Jessica did an excellent job in fielding our calls, questions, etc. as we walked through this process. I wanted to give special mention of Bill Shipley. Not only was Bill tremendously supportive throughout this process, but he has continued to answer calls and texts long after we drove off the lot. As a matter of fact, I called him just last week, the night before we were taking the RV on the first trip and he walked me through some last minute preparations. This says a lot about him as well as the customer service of this company in general. They create customers for life by carrying this kind of mentality. All in all, we have wanted an RV for more that 4 years, but it took a while to find the right time and place to buy. When we finally did, I'm glad that we chose the Giant! NON-PRIORITY CUSTOMERS My husband and I visited your facility on 2/11/17. We had attended the RV show which was held at the Melbourne Square Mall and wanted to review what My husband and I visited your facility on 2/11/17. We had attended the RV show which was held at the Melbourne Square Mall and wanted to review what we had seen to make a decision on purchase an RV in about 4 or 5 months. Yours was the third dealer we had been to on this day. She called a salesman to us and we told him up front that we were not going to buy this day but were looking at trailers to help make a decision. My husband is getting ready to retire from the county and we will then have his drop money with which to purchase a trailer. We told all the dealers the same thing. At this point, your salesman seemed to loose complete interest in us and had better things to do. He loaded us in the golf cart, took us out to the travel trailers we may be interested in and proceeded to tell us you were short-handed that day and he needed to get back to the showroom. He left us to look at things on our own. He never returned. We could not ask any questions and we had to walk back to the showroom. At that point, since we were treated so poorly, we just walked past the doors, got in our car and left. None of the other dealers we had visited on this day treated us so rudely. One was very small, had one person working, was steadily busy but took his time with all his customers. I do not remember the sales persons name. I have his card at home and I am presently at work. absolutley zero service after the sale! I purchased an RV December 2015 used it twice and then planned a long trip (6500 miles) in July 2016. I started the generator the day we were to leave I purchased an RV December 2015 used it twice and then planned a long trip (6500 miles) in July 2016. I started the generator the day we were to leave and it ran for 10 minutes and locked up. I call the dealership then in Melbourne now in Palm Bay and was told it was probably something had fallen into the cooling fan but they could not take a look at it for more than a week. Well we had planned the trip for months and had reservations all along the route so that would not work. So we went without the generator. After the trip we brought the generator in to be looked at and it has been there ever since and they still can not even tell me what is wrong with it. The so called Service manager Tim is always rude to speak to and I really believe he does not care. I have gotten the General manager involved but he has not been much help either. So its now February 2017 and I still have no working generator and my RV just sits in the back of their lot! Do not do business with this company in any way!! I run two local businesses and if I had people working for me like these people I would not have enough business to afford to buy an RV! I would rate it less than 1 star if it were possible. More
