Great experience We live in Iowa and was traveling to Florida in our2014 Silverado pickup truck when we got a information light about the 4 wheel drive, so when we got We live in Iowa and was traveling to Florida in our2014 Silverado pickup truck when we got a information light about the 4 wheel drive, so when we got to Okeechobee I called Gilberts to see if they would be able to check out the problem, talked to Jim in the service department he got me in the next day, the tech. figured out the problem, and had the truck fixed in a couple days. The best part was that we were given a courtesy car while our truck was being repaired, would recommend Gilberts to anyone who is having troubles with there vehicle, they get the job done. Thank you Gilbert and your staff great people, and they treat strangers right. More

Great Experience Since I live out of town my experience with Gilbert has been limited to service on my vehicles. Because of the great service I received in the past I Since I live out of town my experience with Gilbert has been limited to service on my vehicles. Because of the great service I received in the past I decided to give Gilbert the opportunity of selling us a Tahoe. Tom Palmer was very informative on the new features since our current Tahoe was a 2010. Tom was straight with us on GM's vehicle & cash incentives and gave us a good deal on our trade in. Our visit with two other dealers did not go as well compared to our experience with Gilbert Chevrolet. We have family in Okeechobee and visit them often so I can see us using Gilbert for servicing our new Tahoe in the future. Thanks for making our decision an easy one! More
