Awesome I took my 2014 Ford Escape in for a regular oil change, rotate tires and fluid check. My wait time was not long at all. All the employees in the service center were very friendly and funny. While I was waiting they kept checking to see if I needed anything, which I think is awesome customer service. The phone call the next day was a welcome surprise. They wanted to know if all my needs were met. Gilbert Ford has excellent employees as well as customer service. Thank you for treating me with care and respect. This is the only dealership I we’ll have my vehicle serviced. When the time comes to trade, I will definitely go there More
