Made an appointment for an oil change and to have two issues I was having addressed. I knew exactly what the issues were, filled in the service department when scheduling and when dropping off the vehicl issues I was having addressed. I was then charged $199 for diagnostics to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong with the vehicle and for them not to fix the issues.
