We are sorry to hear that you feel we are costly and do not recommend us. We make every effort to ensure that we are very competitively priced to all shops in the area and lower cost than other local dealerships. As a standard practice here, we pre-authorize all of our services with every customer to ensure that there are no surprises when you receive the bill. So before any of the work was completed, an estimated cost should have been presented to you and then only with your approval do we move forward with the repairs. Please note as well that we only use GM parts, all our technicians are GM certified, and our work comes with a year long warranty as well. While every vehicle is different, please be aware that overall, vehicles have been getting more and more difficult to repair as technology advances, safety is more relevant, and vehicles are more complex. Depending on your vehicle Year/Make/Model, what used to be a simple alternator replacement, likely now requires much more.
