I went in for an oil change. I was told it would be 1 hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Per the tech someone put the paperwork on the techs desk while she was a hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Per the tech someone put the paperwork on the techs desk while she was at a personal appt so I was overlooked and my car was done. Frustrating! More

They told me that it would cost $145 to find the issue at least 1 hour evaluation... They called me after less than 20 mins that they figured out the issue. I asked them to reduced the rate due the fact it w least 1 hour evaluation... They called me after less than 20 mins that they figured out the issue. I asked them to reduced the rate due the fact it was evaluated so quickly. Dave said it is what it is and they wouldn’t reduce the charges... It was rip off. I will not be taking my truck back to this facility... More
