Things went well once the scheduling fiasco was worked out. I originally scheduled my appointment on line. The only reasonable time was at 7 AM. I showed up at 7 only to find everything closed. I called and was told that the service department didn't open until 9. I had been receiving emails and texts about every two days prior reminding me of the 7 AM appointment. I was later called back at about 8:15 telling me to bring the car in even though I was told they didn't open until 9. Very confusing and certainly not coordinated causing me 2 trips to the dealership. More
