Clean. Expensive. Time consuming. Only go if you need too. I went so that I can have the record of service. I like that they point out what needs to be done or recommend service but then they ask on the too. I went so that I can have the record of service. I like that they point out what needs to be done or recommend service but then they ask on the spot and it’s just too expensive. Some people don’t have $300 plus and the time to add on services and it’s embarrassing to be asked in front of a crowd of customers when they’re all staring!! And I as I looked over the detailed receipt, I wasn’t happy with how items are priced. I feel like I’m being ripped off. I wish they were a bit faster, but they were nice and professional at all times. More

I went in for an oil change. I was told it would be 1 hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Per the tech someone put the paperwork on the techs desk while she was a hour. At 2 hours I went back into the service center and asked about my car. Per the tech someone put the paperwork on the techs desk while she was at a personal appt so I was overlooked and my car was done. Frustrating! More
