I feel they were dishonest about my truck needing a new transmission. I dropped my truck off for an oil change, and to replace my running boards, they told me that my truck needed a new transmission and th transmission. I dropped my truck off for an oil change, and to replace my running boards, they told me that my truck needed a new transmission and there was a newer truck they wanted me to buy parked next to it that they wanted me to test drive. When I looked at my receipt, they had done no diagnostics on the transmission. I took it else where for a second opinion who did run diagnostics and they told me that, while my transmission fluid was dirty there wasn’t any metal in it and that as far as they could tell my transmission was fine. I’m sure the dealership does good work I had been going there for years, and now I won’t go back because I felt like they were just trying to sell me a new truck. More
